Following an acquisition-based expansion a very busy high-end luxury service provider faced difficulties in integrating newly acquired stock lists within existing organisational processes.
EBTI was able to assist by developing a tailored stock management system, which allowed better control and retrieval of stock information. The project included the 'sanitising' and import of acquired data to the new system and, at the client's request, the system was engineered to allow for future integration with a client-management, quoting and invoicing system.
