The intervention resulted in ISO accredited quality, system, integrated health, safety and environmental management systems, with most routine admin tasks overhauled, streamlined and in many cases automated, together with more robust commercial practices introduced.

The level of automation freed the management team to deal with emergent situations that form a core part of the business' context and impact significantly on service level provision.
